Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we only give refunds for orders incorrectly filled by us. You may return only new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Copperhill Media Corporation (“Copperhill”) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect item).
Paperback books must be returned unused and unmarked.
If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item by mail for a full refund. You can replace, exchange, or get credit for an item, pending product availability.

eBooks (PDF) sales are final and cannot be refunded.
